Send us a 5% refundable deposit to hold your investment and receive detailed information about the investment. Shares will be reserved on a first come, first serve basis.

You will have 10 business days to review the investment and determine whether to participate before your deposit will become non-refundable.

To participate, simply sign the documents electronically and we’ll send you the project bank account information so you are able to initiate wire transfer and complete your investment.

As investments are received, you will receive a co-responding shareholder certificate proving ownership in the company and be refunded the deposit made to secure the investment.
