Fish from Progreso

The days are warming up and our thoughts start turning to the beach. Itching to hit the coast, we headed to Progreso to find some fresh fish for Pescado a la Talla -a whole fish, butterflied and basted with chilies before being grilled over open flame. Washed down with a few beers, it was a fantastic afternoon lunch. Check out our video, or try your hand at the recipe.
